Yes, you can run QBO using the latest OS, Windows 11. However, there's no update yet regarding the performance when accessing accounts.
As of now, the recommended OS and process for the best QuickBooks experience is Windows 10, Intel Core i5, or a comparable processor (2015 or newer).
