Let me share some details about the verification process you're seeing in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If the Two-Step Authentication is enabled, QuickBooks will ask to verify your account upon every single log-in. This is to add another check to ensure it's you, adding extra protection if your password is stolen. If you'd like to disable this, you can do so using the steps below:
Once this feature is disabled, you'll only be asked to verify your account when you log in from a new device or browser and when you clear your browser's cached data.
