When recording a payment received, can the font size/color of the text in the memo box be changed? It's a grey small font right now which is very hard to read?

The option to change the font size/color of the text in the memo box in the Receive Payment feature is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). If we don't have the same size of the memo box when receiving invoice payment as shown in the screenshot below:

Then, we can log in to QBO using an incognito browser. Private browser prevents saving cache and cookies that sometimes cause errors when running frequently visited websites. Here are the useful shortcut keys you can use to access one:

• Ctrl+ Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
• Command + Shift + N for Safari

Then, receive and record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online again. If it works, return to your default browser and clear its cache. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. Switching to another compatible one to help rectify the issue.

Just in case you need to change the design and colors of your invoice template, just follow the steps below: 

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
2. Look for the invoice template that you're using, then click the Edit button in the right-hand corner.
3. Under the Design tab, click Try other colors. Then, select the color that you want.
4. Click Done.
