Hi guys , recently while using my iPad to access QuickBooks online I can’t seem to find my gst rate.
but while using web base QuickBooks online I have no problem . Anyone encounter before or can give advice . I try to create a new gst rate but the system told me it’s already inside the system.
I'm here to ensure this gets resolved, Jeffio.
This problem could be an app-related issue. We can resolve this by resetting the data to clear its cache. It helps restore the application to its default settings, so you can find your GST rate.
Here's how:
I'd also suggest updating the app. You can do this by visiting the App Store and update it from there.
If the same thing happens, consider uninstalling the app, then download and reinstall it again.
I encourage checking out this article to know the compatible browsers for your device: QuickBooks Online Access for Mobile Devices.
Additionally, I've added an article that'll help you personalize your invoice template while using the mobile app: Customise Sales Form.
Please come back and keep us posted on your progress in getting this issue resolved. We're always here to help you out.
Hi Charlene,
Thanks for your reply.
I have been trying all method like reinstalling .
Currently I’m using iPad 8th Gen IOS 14.5 . And my QuickBooks version is 21.04.1
but I still can’t see any GST in my tax centre.
Apparently there is a GST tax already in my QuickBooks app for Singapore version.
I tried to create new GST tax but the system say it’s already in my system
but I can’t see any in tax centre.
hopefully you can advice on my question.
At first I thought it’s my acct problem but I tried using my staff acct but his also cannot.
I believe it’s my iPad or QuickBooks problem instead of my QuickBooks acct.
hope to hear from you soon.
