I need to know the FX rates that QB uses for FX transactions. can we download the historical FX rates for our ref?
Hi ankur1306!
Welcome to QuickBooks Community. Let me assist you and share some details about foreign currency.
QuickBooks Online uses IHS Markit to determine the exchange rates. Currently, we're unable to download the previous rates in QuickBooks Online. However, you'll want to directly check the IHS Markit website for the historical exchange rates.
I added these articles for more details on how to manage the foreign currency in QuickBooks Online:

HI,
I could not find the Historical FX rates on the IHS Markit website.
Basically, I need to know what rates has the system used in my entries. How do I know that?
In other words, when i pull my General Ledger report to check the detailed transactions, i need to see a column wit the FX rates used for those particular transactions. How do I do that?
