If the accountant user is set up correctly but continues to encounter the same problem, suggest that they attempt to open the account in a private browser. Unexpected issues in the program can sometimes be influenced by the data stored in the cache. Regular browsers tend to overwrite themselves and retain history unless manually cleared.
