Hi there, @phua2521.

QuickBooks allows online banking connections with external banks; however, it ultimately depends on the bank to support connections for automatically downloading transactions to QuickBooks Online.

If your bank no longer allows online banking connection due to security reasons, you can continue managing your bank feed or banking data by manually uploading their entries.

Here's how:

  1. In QuickBooks Online, go to Transactions on the left-hand menu, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Click the Link account ▼ dropdown and choose Upload from file.
    • Note: If your account isn’t connected to online banking yet, click Upload transactions instead.
  3. In the Select account ▼ dropdown, choose the account where you want to upload the transactions.
    • Note: If you’re new to QuickBooks and don’t see an account, click Add new from the dropdown to create a new bank account.
  4. Upload the account statement as a PDF or image file from your computer.
    • Note: If some items need review, our global experts may check your statement to ensure everything is correct. Once the review is done, you’ll receive a notification on the Bank transactions page.
  5. Click Got it to proceed.
  6. Review your account statement alongside the data extracted by QuickBooks. Make necessary edits to fields or transactions, ensuring all details are accurate.
  7. Select Save. The transactions will now appear on the Bank transactions page for your selected bank or credit card account.

Please respond to this post if you still have additional concern in managing your bank feeds.
