We haven't received similar reports about this. You can let your accountant access your account using a private browser or incognito browser. It's possible that this is a webpage cache issue. This feature doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to test if there's an issue with the browser. You can use any of these keyboard shortcuts:
Once you're able to run the report through the private browser, you can then clear your current browser's cache to start fresh. Also, you can try using a different web browser.
