Received email syaing the card has expired, muct add new payment method. Have done so. But it won't let me complete it, it says "Something's not working, Give us a few minutes and try again. If it still doesn't work, please contact us.".
Who must I contact? I am in South Africa. Have tried for several days to no avail.

First, when you're entering the new card, double-check that the card number, expiration date, and security code are all correct. Also, make sure the card is active and has enough credit or funds to cover the payment. Sometimes an expired card or an exceeded limit can be the reason it won't go through.
