We're unable to restore the deleted transactions. You'll have to manually re-enter them.
Good thing, QuickBooks Online maintains a log of each transaction as it is added, edited, or deleted. You can check the Audit Log report to view the details of the transactions before adding them again. Here's how:

Well it's not very helpful if you need to recreate the same invoice with the same Invoice NUMBER.
