Before doing so, did you encounter any error messages when uploading the file in QuickBooks? If so, sharing a screenshot would help address the issue more effectively.
For now, ensure you're using a supported file format, such as CSV, Quicken (.QFX), QuickBooks Online (.QBO), Microsoft Money (.OFX), or text (.TXT). Then, you can manually upload your transactions using these formats in QuickBooks.
Also, an outdated cache can slow down the program and can cause upload errors. Clear your browser's cache to avoid future issues.
