Currently, we have an ongoing issue where accountants, like you, are unable to connect and receive an error with Nedbank for online banking. Rest assured that our engineering team is in all hands and diligently working to fix this as soon as possible.
For now, it's best to manually upload your transaction by downloading or creating a list in a CSV file format. Use the following links below to learn more:
While the suggestion for a workaround is provided, I still recommend contacting our Customer care Support so your name will be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive all updates via an email message once they're available. To do so:
- Go to Help.
- Select Search.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter Nedbank Error 155 in the What can we help you with? field.
- Select Continue.
- Click Chat with us or Have us call you.
