Can we connect the Investec bank account onto Quickbooks online?

Hi there, @priyankac.

Yes, the Investec bank account can be connected to QuickBooks Online. You've got me here to walk you through on how to do that.

Connecting a bank account in QuickBooks Online can be done in just a few clicks. Please take these steps below:

  1. Go to the Banking menu at the left pane.
  2. Select on Connect Account on the landing page, or select Add account if you've already created an account.
  3. Search for your bank. You can connect most banks, even small credit unions.
  4. Hit on Continue. Then enter the username and password you use for your bank's website in the pop-up window.
  5. Choose the accounts you want to connect (savings, current, or credit card) to QuickBooks.
  6. For each account, tap on the account type from the drop-down.
  7. Select the date range for the download. Some banks download the last 90 days of transactions, others go back as far as 24 months.
  8. Press on Connect.

Here's a link that you can check out for complete details about this process: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

However, if you can't find your bank account upon connecting it or if the bank transactions are not downloading, these links attached got you covered on how to fix them:

Lastly, once you have downloaded your transactions, you may match and categorize them properly so you can reconcile your account smoothly.

Know that I'm just a reply away if you have any other questions. I'll be right here to address them for you. Have a great day!
