Cant get bank download since last Friday. I bank with Standard Bank

Let's get your bank transactions downloaded in QuickBooks Online (QBO) so you can get back to working order.


Since QuickBooks didn't automatically download your bank transactions, let's manually update your Standard bank account. This way, it'll refresh the connection between the bank and QuickBooks. Here's how:


  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click Banking from the left menu.
  3. Choose the appropriate bank account, then select Update.
  4. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.


If you get the same result, you can sign in to your bank's website to check if there are any alerts or notifications that may block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions.
