Hello there, grant. I appreciate you for trying a few steps when connecting your bank account.

Firstly, have you tried searching for your bank's website by entering their URL in the search field? If not, I recommend copying and pasting the URL to ensure accuracy.

If it doesn't appear, you can request support from your bank. Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions and select Bank Transactions
  2. Choose Connect account.
  3. Paste the URL in the search field. If QuickBooks is unable to locate your bank, select Still can’t find your bank?Note: You may need to scroll down the page to find this.
  4. Enter your bank name and sign-in URL.
  5. Hit the Request button.

In the meantime, you can upload your bank data in QuickBooks manually.

  1. Go to your bank website and export your bank data. Use CSV file format.
  2. Log in to your QBO account and go to the Transactions menu> Bank transactions.
  3. Click Upload transactions.
  4. Select Drag and drop or select files and choose the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

For more details, you can visit this article: Manually upload transactions from your bank.

Here are some helpful resources on how to handle bank transactions, you can read through these articles:

I'm always around if you have more concerns about handling accounts and transactions in QBO.

@grant-conduitint

You can use csv2qbo converter tool @ $60 one time license as a workaround.

We are looking for the same solution to Discovery Bank import feed. We sent the request as advised. How can we follow up that the request was received?
