How to retrieve missing months QuickBooks?, I'm missing from july to November after i updated the banking details

I can share guidelines about retrieving your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
 

There are various ways to retrieve the missing bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, there are things to be considered upon doing this. Suppose the bank transactions are within 90 days or earlier. Pressing the Update button will automatically download it to your banking tab.

 

Since these are older than 90 days, we can upload them using a CSV file manually. This way, you can get them through to your company file and reconcile them.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. From the left menu, click Transactions and then choose Banking.
  2. On the Banking page, tap the dropdown arrow beside the Link account button.
  3. From there, select Upload from file.
  4. Click the select files option to upload your file.
  5. Finish this by following the on-screen instructions.

 

Moreover, to effectively maintain your financial information, you can categorise these transactions and put them into the correct accounts. Once done, you can start reconciling your account to avoid discrepancies.
