1. Open your QBO account and make sure you're accessing your company profile.
2. Go to the Transactions tab and select Bank transactions.
3. Click the pencil icon on the bank account and choose Edit account info.
4. Tick the checkbox beside Disconnect this account on save.
5. Once done, click Save and Close.

Once done, connect the bank to your client's company file.

1. Click Go to QuickBooks and select your client's name.
2. Go back to the Transactions menu and choose Bank transactions.
3. Hit Link account. Then, search for the bank and sign in to the account. After that, click Continue.
4. Follow the on-screen process of connecting the bank account.
5. Once done, select Connect.
