You can enter those transactions in QuickBooks by going to the Chart of Accounts. All you have to do is select the bank account. If you don't have a bank account, you can create one.
Here's how:
- Go to Accounting on the left panel.
- Enter Account Type, Detail Type, and Name.
- Click Save and Close.
Once done, you can now manually enter them one by one. Please follow the steps below:
- Follow the first step above.
- In the Chart of Accounts, select the bank.
- Click Account History under the Action column.
- Click the drop-down arrow below the Date column.
- Select a transaction type.
- Enter the transaction.
- Then, click Save.
