After you cancel the subscription, you still have read-only access to the data for one year. However, you will be unable to make any changes on the account, including the bank.
What we can recommend at the moment is to sign in to your bank's website. Then, check if there's an option to disconnect the bank account from QuickBooks Online. Otherwise, contact your bank for further assistance.
To learn what happens to your data after you cancel, you can read this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
