I want to disconnect my bank accounts from QB on-line. The method advised does not work. Is there another way other than editing bank account details?

The only option it gives it that of "editing the sign-in info" and "editing the account info".I need to disconnect the 2 accounts immediately

Hi @info1230,

I can walk you through disconnecting your bank accounts. Let me guide you how.

Go to Banking, then Banking at the top.
Select the blue tile for your bank account.
Tick the pencil ✎ icon to edit the account, then choose Edit account info.
Click the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. Please see attached images below.
Hit Save and close. Do the same steps for your second account.
