Standard bank is not updating

Hello there, @noblebird-icloud


Let’s check out why your Standard Bank isn’t downloading updates. Is there an error message or code when you click the Update button on the Banking page?


This will help me check if there is an investigation into Standard Bank’s connection to QuickBooks in your country.


In the meantime, you can download your transactions using a Web Connect file, and upload them to QuickBooks. This will help you manually download the transactions. Here's how:

  1. Download the transactions from your financial's institutions website.
  2. Open QuickBooks Online, then go to Banking.
  3. On the Banking page, click the Update drop-down arrow, then choose File upload.
  4. Select the file, click Browse, then click Next.
  5. Choose the bank account, then click Next.
  6. Click Let's go!.

You may as well contact QuickBooks Online Customer Care to have this further checked. They have more tools that can investigate your issue further.
