If you're bank is already connected and you can't download your transactions, here's what we can do:
- Review your account page for messages, notifications, or alerts.
- Check your bank’s website for any announcements.
- Once done, go back to your QBO account to perform a manual update.
To do a manual update follow these steps:
- Go to the Banking tab.
- Select the blue tile at the top for the bank account you want to update.
- Click the Update button. If you see a message about additional authentication, follow on screen instructions.
If you're still trying to connect your account, may I know the specific error message that you encounter ?Any further information would be appreciated. Meanwhile, you can manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online .
