Standard bank link is not working

Hi there, @noblebird-icloud.  

 

I can see the importance of being able to link your banking account with QuickBooks Online (QBO).  

 

I'm here to provide some information to get this issue sorted out.

 

If you're bank is already connected and you can't download your transactions, here's what we can do:

  • Review your account page for messages, notifications, or alerts. 
  • Check your bank’s website for any announcements.
  • Once done, go back to your QBO account to perform a manual update.

 

To do a manual update follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select the blue tile at the top for the bank account you want to update.
  3. Click the Update button. If you see a message about additional authentication, follow on screen instructions.

 

If you're still trying to connect your account, may I know the specific error message that you encounter ?Any further information would be appreciated. Meanwhile, you can manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online  .
