Hello there, @userniicefoods.
When you have a bookkeeper, it'll be easier for you to focus on the growth of your food manufacturing business. This is because you're able to get the help you need with your financial records and reconciliation process. With this, you can search or add an accountant through the My Accountant menu in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You can find a bookkeeper, through these steps (if you doesn't have one in mind yet):
I've attached screenshots below that show the first three steps.
Once you're ready to collaborate with your bookkeeper, kindly refer to this article to invite him/her to access your QBO company file and accounting info: Invite an accountant to review your accounting in QuickBooks Online. It also includes details about what does it means to you to have an accountant.
I'm also adding this article to learn more about the different user types and levels of access in QBO: User types and user permissions. It explains the details about the billable and non-billable users.
Please know that you're welcome to comment below if you have other concerns or follow-up inquiries about managing users and the growth of your business using QBO. I'm just around to help. Take care always.
