What the heck is happening - bank accounts not connecting and my ban transactions page has reverted to the old one - need it back to the new one
I understand how frustrating this can be, hotspo. For us to see what really happened to your account, could you please provide the name of your bank and the exact error message or code you're seeing when trying to connect?
To resolve this, you can follow this article: Update your bank feeds and bank info to troubleshoot the issue.
Also, you can manually upload your transactions by downloading them from your bank (e.g., as a CSV or QBO file) and importing them to QuickBooks for a quick fix.
Regarding the banking experience reverting to the old version, try looking for the Try new banking page button. Usually, it’s located on the side of the Link account on your bank transactions page.
