Can a client add more than one accountant?

Yes, a client can add up to two accountant in his or her QuickBooks Online account. I can guide you on how it works.

To let your client add you, here's how:

1. Go to the Gear Icon.
2. Choose Manage Users.
3. Select the Accounting Firms tab.
4. Click the Add button.
5. Enter your accountant's info.
6. Click Save.
