Yes, a client can add up to two accountant in his or her QuickBooks Online account. I can guide you on how it works.
To let your client add you, here's how:
- Go to the Gear Icon.
- Choose Manage Users.
- Select the Accounting Firms tab.
- Click the Add button.
- Enter your accountant's info.
- Click Save.
