Once you’ve sent the invitation, your accountant will receive an email notification with a link to access your QBO account. If they already have a QBO Accountant account, they’ll be able to access your company immediately. Please also note that if your previous accountant removed your account from accountant billing, it will enter a suspended state. You’ll need to reactivate your QBO account to add a new accountant. Here’s how:
