In QuickBooks, you have the option to merge two non-inventory items for products or services. However, please note that inventory items cannot be merged because it would impact transactions and Inventory or Asset accounts.

- Find the non-inventory product or service that you want to merge.
- Click Edit.
- In the Name field, enter the product or service you want to merge it with.
- Select Save and close, then click Yes.
