Hi there, @SArchitects. I can definitely help you access that information in QuickBooks.
You can simply run a Trial Balance report to capture your previous financial year information. Refer to the instructions below to do it:
- Open your QuickBooks Accountant Online account.
- Select the Reports menu from your left pane.
- Enter Trial Balance in the Search field or go to the For my accountant section to locate the report.

- Set the date period to your previous financial year. You can also click Customise to filter the needed info.
- Press Run report after.
