How do i transfer ny online data of QB back to my desktop version??
Hi there, @Gavcha. Let me give you insights about moving data from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
We can only convert QBO with US, UK, and CA versions. Moving QBO to QBDT isn't currently offered for International versions. I understand that you need to transfer your QBO data to QBDT. For now, I'd suggest looking for a third-party converter tool to help you with the process.
Otherwise, you have to record your data to QBDT manually.
On the other hand, you may review the resources from this link for more tips while handling your entries from banking, income/expenses, and more in QBDT.

The is one of the reasons that I want to move back to desktop version or another company. QBO charges us a monthly rate just like the rest of the world but we do not get the same services as them. We get ignored as customers and our requests never get considered or paid attention to.
Now I must loose over 4 years data or I must PAY a 3rd party to do things even though I already pay a monthly subscription to QBO or i must manually capture data how long will that take to do 4 years of data!!!!! Everytime we need something we have to pay a 3rd party or a 3rd party app. What are we actually paying for???? And why does the rest of the world get the benefits but not us???? Are we not paying for our subscriptions?????

There is no QB Desktop South Africa version any longer. You can switch to QB Desktop US version if required. You need to convert data to QB Online US version as the first step. Another option, switch to another cloud based accounting app and purchase a 3rd party conversion service.
