QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster. But, there are times when cache and cookies are full, they can cause odd behavior like the reversed fonts that you encountered.
To fix this, let's access your account using a private window. Browsing from a Private Window prevents the browser from collecting cache files (cookies), and also disables any features gathered from already-collected files.
If it works fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache so outdated files will be removed. It's also recommended to use a supported, up-to-date browser to have the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks Online.
