We haven't received any reported issues about the supplier's information is not showing on the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Mobile App.
To isolate this, please ensure you have the updated version of the app. Just go to Play Store to update the app.
If your app is already updated, then restart your phone and launch the QBO app again. Otherwise, uninstall and reinstall the app if the same thing happens.
You can definitely get back to us if reinstalling the application does not resolve the issue. We'll wait for your response.
