Hi, it literally says: Your file does not contain the three required columns: transaction date, memo and amount.
I can 100% guarantee that there are 3 columns. I have removed all special characters and ensured that the amounts column is formatted to General and that the date format is correct.

If you're using the three (3) column format on your CSV document, you can manually review the payment amounts that are negative and for the deposits without a negative sign. However, if you're using the four (4) columns, place the payment under Credit and deposit under Debit. You'll need to confirm you've entered and modified this information accurately to ensure the credibility of the file to upload in QuickBooks.
