QB Online imported the company details from QB desktop now I need to change addresses and telephone numbers but cannot find where to do it on the CLIENT details.

The CLIENT details on the Quickbooks data base at your control point are INCORRECT. We have to change passwords but the confirmation goes to a non existent telephone number

QB Online imported the company details from QB desktop now I need to change addresses and telephone numbers but cannot find where to do it on the CLIENT details.

I'll make sure that you can update your client's details, @ruth10.

 

You have the option to update your client's details by logging in to CAMPs. With CAMPs, you can manage your accounts, products, personal information, etc.

 

Once logged in, click the blue button next to the Gear icon and select Manage your Intuit Account. You can also simply go to accounts.intuit.com. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Sign in through accounts.intuit.com.
  2. Provide your email address and then click Sign In.
  3. Enter your Intuit password and then hit Continue.
  4. Once logged in, select Personal info and Sign-in & security.
  5. Go to the Phone section and then click Change beside the phone number.
  6. Lastly, fill in your password and then Save it.

 

This way, you'll get a call and text again with your new phone number.
