Can I search an item by the SKU rather than the product/service name? I have many products with similar names so it's ineffective to scroll and find the right product.

For now, we're unable to search for inventory items using their SKU when creating sales transactions. You'll need to manually select the right item based on their names.

You can also send feedback or feature request about getting this feature in QuickBooks Online. Here's how to submit a request:

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then click Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
3. Click Next to submit feedback.
