Currently, issuing invoices and quotes for a monthly subscription is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. As a workaround, you can print or download the subscription history within the account.

Also, QBO will send the monthly subscription to the Master Admin email every month. If you're the Master Admin and you're not receiving your invoices via email, ensure you're checking your Junk/Spam folder just in case.
If you still don't see your invoices via email, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care support so they can check why you're not receiving any monthly receipts. They have direct access to your account and update the email address on file for you if necessary.
