Can we have multiple stock inventory locations

To handle multiple stock inventory locations in QuickBooks Online, you could use the Class feature, glennbiggs. This allows you to assign transactions to classes, helping you track inventory by location.

There's a location feature can be used to track stock inventory, but it applies to the entire transactions rather than individual inventory items. This means that you'll need to create a transaction to track the stock inventory and assign it to a specific location. Here's a sample screenshot for additional reference:

If you want to associate an individual inventory item to a particular location, considering using the Class feature. To enable it, go to the settings. Here's how you could do it:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. In the Advanced tab, click the Categories section.
  4. Turn on the Track classes and Track locations feature.
  5. In the Assign classes field, select One to each row in transactions.
  6. Hit Save. Then, Done.

Then, create an item and assign a category or class.

  1. Go to the Sales menu.
  2. In the Product and services tab, click New.
  3. Click the Class or Category field.
  4. Hit Save and close.

You will need a 3rd party inventory management app to do so. QB Online doesn't support multi warehouse feature.
