Can you reduce after the decimals to 2 on an invoice

Welcome to the Community, jaco. I'm here to assist you with your decimal preferences on an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QuickBooks typically rounds up the total amount of invoices or balance dues to two decimal places when creating an invoice. However, the rate is determined by the quantity, amount, or tax added to your transaction. You have the option to change the rates to two decimal places at any time from the Rate column.

For future reference, you can check out this resource to enter customer payments once your client decides to pay: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you have other queries or any product preferences you want to apply in the application. The Community always has your back. Stay safe!
