Welcome aboard to the Community, chad39.

I'm here to share some insights about transferring your QBO data from one account to another.

While we're unable to entirely transfer your data and transactions between accounts, you can start transferring your data manually. Here are the steps to get started:

To export the data:

  1. On your QuickBooks account, go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select which data you'd like to export.
  3. Click on the Export to Excel button.

To import the data:

  1. Log in to the new account, then click on the Gear icon at the upper right.
  2. Under Tools, choose Import Data.
  3. Select the type of data that you'd like to import.
  4. Click Browse to select a file to be imported.
  5. Click on the Next button until finished.

For more information about importing or exporting data, you can check out these articles:

You might want to visit the following link to become more familiar with the features and functions of QBO: Help Articles.

That should do it. Please know that QuickBooks is always here if you need it in the future. I'd be glad to answer any additional questions should you have any. Have a great day!
