Hello. How do I get proof that quote was emailed to customer?

Welcome to the Community space, @Sillie.

 

There are two ways on how to get proof that the quote is already emailed to your customer. First, by checking the Audit History of the Quote transaction and by viewing a Customer report.

 

To check the Audit history:

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu then click All Sales.
  2. Choose the quote transaction you want to open.
  3. Under Pending, you can also see when you deliver the transaction.
  4. Click More at the bottom then choose Audit History.
  5. Under the History of this transaction click the date to view the details.

To run the Customer report:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Under Sales and customers choose Quotes by Customer.
  3. Filter the Report period.
  4. Click the Customise button.
  5. Under Rows/Column, click Change columns and select Sent and Delivery Address.
  6. Run report.
