I'm here to help ensure you;ll get the quotations you've created.
After creating a quote you have the option to send or save it. You may have saved it only and it's posted on your client's profile in QuickBooks. Then, open the transaction from there and send it to your email.
Let me show you how:
Go to Sales from the left navigation bar, then select Customers.
In the Money Bar (multiple coloured bar), select Quote.
Find a quote you want to send.
In the Action column, select Send.
