How customise receipt format for donations?

Customising donation receipts is a few clicks of your mouse, and you'll be an expert in no time, @everlisto.

 

I'll make sure you can personalise your donation receipts in QuickBooks Online without a moment's delay. 

 

We can easily create professional donation receipts by customising the Sales Receipt forms. I'll be glad to guide you through this: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Custom form style
  2. Pick Sales Receipt in the Style drop-down. 
  3. Select the Content tab and click the first Pencil icon. 
  4. In the Forms name, modify it to Donations
  5. Edit all the necessary information that you want to show in the form.
  6. Hit Done

 

Once done, you have the option to create sample donation receipt to see how it looks like. Ensure to use the template you've created by licking the Customise button. See the sample screenshot below for more reference:
