How do I add a product image to my invoice ?

You can add the product image by attaching it to the invoice, Info. Let me walk you through the process.

Before starting, save the image in a memorable folder on your computer. Then, follow the steps below to include the image in your invoices.

1. Go to +New and choose Invoice.
2. Fill in the necessary details and scroll down to the Attachment section of the invoice.
3. Drag/Drop the images or click the attachment box to select the images in your files.

If you're referring to having the image beside the product, it's not possible. I recommend providing direct feedback to our product engineers. They are responsible for reviewing and considering your requests for potential inclusion in future updates. Your input is valuable and greatly appreciated.

To send your request:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
4. Tap Next to submit.

After your customer pays their invoice, you can record it in QuickBooks Online.
