How do I connect a payment processor to my QuickBooks account so payments can be done directly from the invoice. Not sure if it matters that I am in South Africa.

I have looked in the account settings and there is no option to add a payment option

Currently, the option to add additional payment options for invoices isn’t available in QuickBooks Online (QBO) South Africa. However, you can explore payment processing services that integrate seamlessly with QBO, allowing you to offer more payment options and manage online transactions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Navigate to Apps from the left menu.
  3. Open the Find Apps tab.
  4. Type "online payments" in the search bar or click the Browse category dropdown to filter the results.
