It’s great to see today, jan27.
Welcome to the Online Community. You can use the Custom Form Styles feature to create a proforma invoice.
I have a few easy steps to perform this task. Here’s how:
- Let’s open the company first and go to the Gear icon to choose Custom Form Styles under Your Company section.
- Click the New style drop-down and pick Quote from the option.
- Tap the Design tab to enter the template’s name.
- Navigate to the Content tab and select Content to view the form’s complete details.
- Click the header and access the Form section to change the name from Quote to Proforma Invoice.
- Press Done to save the changes.
For additional resources, the Customize your invoices, estimates, and sales receipts article provides an overview of how to add a brand to your sales forms.
Let me know if you need further assistance while working in QBO. Post a comment below and mention my name. I’ll pop right back in to help you. Enjoy the rest of the day.
