The easiest way to create a statement is by creating a new transaction from the +New button at the upper left of your screen, @mariusgryffenberg.
These are three different types of statements you can send to your customers. Choose one before sending.
- Balance forward shows invoices, payments, and current balance for a date range.
- Open item shows unpaid invoices from the last 365 days of a specified date.
- Transaction statement shows all transactions within a specific date range.
Here's how to create a statement.
- Click the +New button.
- Choose Statement.
- Choose the statement type you want to send.
- Select the Start Date and End Date.
- Review the customer's email address.
- Hit Save and Send.
