Hello there, @useradele.
Thank you for posting here in the Community. Let me help you fix the logo on your quotes and invoices.
Since you already set the logo size correctly, the issue may be related to the PDF. I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting to isolate and fix the problem.
You can start by updating Adobe Reader/Acrobat to the latest version or repairing your Adobe installation. For the detailed instructions, I recommend visiting this page:How to update, repair, or re-install Adobe Reader/Acrobat.
After updating your Adobe, please check the logo. If the issue persists, the browser's stored cache may be full. It can cause unusual behavior in QuickBooks, like the small logo.
I'd first suggest logging into your account using a private browser. This process allows you to access sites without storing any data in the cache.
If you're using Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press the CTRL + Shift + P shortcut on your keyboard. For Safari, hit Command + Shift + N. Press CTRL + Shift + N if you're using Google Chrome.
From there, please attempt to view your invoices and quotes. If it works fine, let's clear your browser's cache to have a clean slate.
In case private browsing doesn't work, use other supported web engine to get the best and most secure experience with the program.
I've also attached an article you can use to learn more about how to diagnose PDF printing issues in Windows: Test sequence for PDF printing issues.
You're always welcome to post any questions you have in this space. I'll be happy to help you some more. Have a good day.
Good day Alcaeusf
Still not working, only time when the Logo is right when I do an preview pdf print from the template.

Thanks for the quick reply, @useradele.
I appreciate you for following the troubleshooting steps implemented by my colleague above to resolve the pdf.
Another troubleshooting is to make sure that you've selected the correct template on the invoice page if you have multiple templates. See the sample screenshots below for your reference.
Once confirmed and still no progress, you have an option to import a template, then use it every time you create an invoice or quotes. For more details, check out this article: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.
If the issue persists, I'd recommend communicating with our Customer Care Team. They have tools to check your account and investigate the fundamental cause of the problem.
Here's how:
Other option:
Ensure to call our support within business days to address your concern promptly. They are available Monday-Friday, 9: 00 AM to 5: 00 PM, GST.
I've added some articles about adding rows or columns in invoices, customizing sales forms, and other related topics.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm always here to help you out.
Thank you for your reply.
I have tried all the suggestions and did everything exactly as you explained it, still, not working.
I really want to use the QB templates so I will contact support another time as it seems they are on holiday.
Thanks
Adele
