How do I track stock that has multiple price points. so that it deducts from the stock whether I sell it wholesale or retail price

Let me share some information about tracking stock that has multiple price points in QuickBooks Online (QBO), accounts-jonkers.

The option to track multiple price points to deduct it from the stock whether you sell it wholesale or retail price is unavailable. We'll need to manually add each of your stocks with their corresponding price pointThis let the program updates the quantity on hand, track stock and add products to sales forms.

Let's make sure we turn on stock tracking to add stock items. Then, here’s how to add your stock products:

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Select Products & services.
  3. Click New to add a product or service. Then choose Stock.
  4. Add a Name* and SKU for what you're tracking.
  5. Choose the category from the Category ▼ dropdown. Categories let you group your products and services so they’re easier to find.

Once done, follow Step 3 to Step 4 in this article to finish the process: Add stock products in QuickBooks Online. Then, repeat the process for the next stock with different price points. There are two ways to track what you sell:

QuickBooks then decreases what’s on hand by the amount on the invoice or sales receipt. Once done, we can run a report to see your best sellers, what’s on hand, the cost of goods, and more. You can check out this article for more details: Use reports to see your sales and inventory status

Also, you can create and define each specific item price you charge or sell to your customers. For detailed information, you can refer to this article: Manage Products and Services List. In addition to that, I'll be sharing this link to help manually apply a discount to one or more items on your sales forms: Add a discount to an invoice or sales receipt in QuickBooks Online.

Fill me in if you have other questions about managing your stocks or if you need to adjust the stock quantity in QuickBooks Online. I'll be here to help you out.

@accounts-jonkers

You should have a 3rd party inventory management app with B2B portal feature to integrate with QBO.
