I have some information about email activity. Currently, the option to print the email activity of an invoice is unavailable. As a workaround, use the snipping tool or the print screen button on your keyboard. From there, print the invoice list with the email status.

With the above steps, you're able to prove to the customer that they've received and viewed the invoice.
