To add a logo to your customer statement in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll want to select Print or Preview when generating the statement. I'll walk you through the process and provide a screenshot to ensure you can achieve your goal.
These are the steps:
- On the left navigational bar, click Customers & leads.
- Select Customers and choose which one you'd like to generate a statement with.
- Below the Action column, click the Dropdown arrow and choose Create Statement.
- Tick the box for the recipients and then click Print or Preview.
- In the Preview page, click the Add image icon and locate your logo.
- Arrange the logo and once you're ready, click the Print and close button.
