How to customise a invoice to sent om WhatsApp

QuickBooks Online gives you the tools to decide what information your customers can see and only add the details that matter most to your business.

To modify the invoice, I recommend following these steps: 

1. Go to the Gear icon and then choose Custom Form Styles.
   
   
2. Select New Styles on the top right of the page and click Invoice.
   
   
3. Start customising everything by clicking Design, Content and Emails, rename the template, and hit Done.
   
   
4. After that, open the transaction you want to customise or create a new one.
5. Choose Customise, then use the template you've recently added.
