QuickBooks Online gives you the tools to decide what information your customers can see and only add the details that matter most to your business.
To modify the invoice, I recommend following these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon and then choose Custom Form Styles.
- Select New Styles on the top right of the page and click Invoice.
- Start customising everything by clicking Design, Content and Emails, rename the template, and hit Done.
- After that, open the transaction you want to customise or create a new one.
- Choose Customise, then use the template you've recently added.

Once done, you can send invoices with WhatsApp in QuickBooks Online.
